Project successfully completed by APPEC (under names of HUM & FA) during last four years.

Missinabad is a remote village of District Rahim Yar Khan. A teacher of Govt. High School, Missinabad made a request for scholarships to deserving and talented students of the school through a member of advisory committee of HUM in 2008. On the recommendations of HUM, a committee of three teachers from the school was made by the headmaster. The committee forwarded the names of five deserving students after screening. An amount of PKR 12,000 for year 2008-2009 was released to the school which was distributed on monthly basis to the students. For 2008-2009, the scholarship winning students were;

2. Muhammad Hanif
3. Skakeel Ahmad
4. Shahabuddin
5. Muhammad Kaleem
The rate of scholarship was PKR 200 per student per month. The headmaster, school teachers/staff, students and the parents appreciated this effort by HUM and wished to be continued in future.
