Summary

Muhammad S is a student of bachelors of Computer Science at the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar . In the second semester of a 4 year program, which is ending in 2018; he is pressed by his financial situation and have difficulty in completing his studies and live off. His father has passed away, and now his mother and a younger brother have taken the responsibility of earnings. Below is the excerpt from his email noting his need:

I took a lot of loan to pay my previous fee of semesters and due to financial problem, I paid only one fee slip by taking loan from one of my relative and left the other one unpaid . I work in my summer vacations and my mother is using sewing machine. So monthly my mother makes about Rs. 4000 per month. My younger brother left the university because of not having money to pay fees …
I pay approximately Rs. 121,750 every year which includes university fee, hostel fee/security and food charges at hostel etc.

APPEC has verified the case through a personal contact and confirm his floundering situation.

We agreed to launch a donation call to help him pay at least one semester worth of fee. Therefore, you are kindly requested to come forward to help in completing his education and relieve him and his mother from the burden.

The paid fee slips and other documentation are available upon request.

The person is eligible for Zakat.
