Summary
A third semester M.Phil chemistry student in Abbottabad needs loan to pay a part of his fees. The total fee is Rs. 58750 out of which about 24000 is still to be managed. Earlier, he used to submit it in installments but now the university is not doing installments. This student tries to cover his expenses by teaching tuition etc. and doing other work. His father is a retired government teacher. His pension barely covers the house expenses and younger brother’s fees. He has intension to pay this amount back in installments.
