Summary

I would like the APPEC to help financially a poor student of final year in M.Sc Electronics, university of Peshawar. He needs to submit Rs.22000/- as his partial annual university tuition fee. Part of the annual fee has already paid by him, but now he is not in position to submit the remaining amount (i.e. Rs. 22000/-). His father has been passed away and his elder brother (who is a government teacher) support him, his mother and his younger bother (studying in F.Sc at the moment). His elder brother give them only Rs. 2000/- per month. Rest of the expenditures of their life are borne by this guy through private job and tuition. But, nowadays he has no job or tuition.
