Summary:
Mother of Mr. Asif Ali is suffering from the lungs and liver cancer. She has already consulted Shaukat Khanum, Nori Hospital, PIMS etc. However, Shaukat Khanum refused to entertain the lungs cancer patient, while Nori Hospital put her on a long waiting queue. Considering her  condition  and long waiting queue Dr. Faheem (Head of Oncology Department, Nori Hospital) referred her to his private clinic where she is now undergoing through chemotherapy sessions.
Mr. Asif Ali being the sole breadwinner of family used to work in Abu Dhabi. However, since the illness of his mother he has left his job and is now attending his mother. He has already spent around 20-22 lacs on his mother treatment and have even sold his home at Tehsil Chowk Chakwal and is now living in a hired apartment.  These days Mr. Asif Ali has left with no more resources to fund his mother medication, and was unable to fund this month’s scheduled chemotherapy session. Consequently, he now fears that he might lose this hard fought battle due to his unability to fund the next chemotherapy sessions.
Thus, members/donors of APPEC are humbly requested  to contribute graciously toward this noble cause and help this brave son to save the life of his ailing mother.

Mr. Asif has indicated that he has arranged the required funds for the treatment and he does not need APPEC’s donations any more. APPEC advisory (with the consent of the donors) has decided to divert the collected funds to project “APPEC-2012-10-16 (build shelter for widow)“
